1. Build your profile

Begin with your qualifications, NEET result, preferred intake, subject interests and family budget. Tell us what matters to you about the location and the support you would like. If you are still deciding whether medicine is right for you, make that part of the conversation.

2. Compare and verify

Review a shortlist and request the current admission rules, course details and fee schedule. Check the programme against your intended professional pathway. University acceptance, visa permission and eventual medical registration are separate decisions, made by the relevant authorities.

Agree the scope of EduRussia’s assistance, the fees payable to each party and what happens if your plans change. Keep an itemised written record.

3. Prepare the application

Gather the documents specified by the university. Check that names, dates of birth and passport details match across the application. Ask which documents require translation, certification or other formalities, and at what stage originals will be needed.

Entrance tests and interviews depend on the institution and programme. Prepare for the published subjects and format. An enquiry or conditional offer should not be described as completed enrolment.

4. Confirm the offer and arrangements

Read the offer and educational contract carefully. Confirm the programme, tuition schedule, accommodation terms, payment instructions and refund provisions. Pay only through a verified route, keeping receipts and the relevant correspondence.

5. Prepare for arrival

Coordinate travel after the necessary permissions and arrival arrangements are confirmed. Keep the university’s contact details, address and arrival instructions accessible offline. Clarify who meets you, where you stay on the first night and which formalities follow enrolment.
